Will you arrive before my event to set-up?
Yes, we will arrive 30 minutes - 1 hour prior to the start of your event to set-up and be ready for your scheduled time.
Is a Deposit required to reserve my date?
Yes, a small deposit of $50 is required to reserve your date. The balance is due on day of event.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured.
Are we allowed to feed the animals?
Yes, you may feed the animals treats provided by us. We ask that you do not feed them any other snacks.
How much space is needed to set up?
A small backyard or open grassy area is perfect. We can set up in most yards, parking lots, or indoor spaces (with approval).
Do you travel to my location?
We serve Western NC, East TN , Greater Knoxville area, Tri Cities, and Upstate SC. If you’re not sure, just ask—we’re happy to help!
